Laws that apply

We process personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where we process data in or about people in Sri Lanka, the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Details you give in our forms: name, email, phone, country and your message
• Whether you have agreed to receive marketing emails
• Anonymous, cookieless usage statistics that cannot identify you

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and provide services you ask for (contract, or steps before a contract)
• To send updates, only if you tick the box (consent, which you can withdraw at any time)
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam (legitimate interests)

Information about your parent

If you tell us about a relative's health, we treat it as special category data and use it only to respond to you, with appropriate safeguards.

Sharing and international transfers

We share details with a care home or provider only when you ask us to. Data may be processed in the UK, Sri Lanka and the European Economic Area, with appropriate safeguards for transfers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or Sri Lanka's Data Protection Authority.
