What a Zen.Care visit does for you
You cannot be there every month. A trained visitor can, and sends you the same structured report each time so you can see what has changed.
We visit
A vetted visitor spends time with your parent and the carers, and works through the same 12 areas every month.
We report
Scores, photos of the records, the vitals trend and a plain-English summary, released after a second pair of eyes has read it.
You decide
Share what you choose with the home, ask for a doctor's review, or bring a sibling in to see the same report.

If something is wrong
If we see a risk to your parent's safety, we contact you the same day using the escalation contact you give us, and speak to the home's manager. In an emergency we call local emergency services first.
Doctor review add-on
A doctor reviews medication and health notes, and joins the visit when needed.
